Callaway County resident recovers policy limit from crash on Highway 54

In this case, our client was driving northbound on Hwy 54 between Fulton and the I-70 intersection in Kingdom City at approximately 65 miles per hour.  As he was driving, another car attempted to dart across the road.  Our client was able to see that the other car did not even slow down before she entered the roadway and he was able to slam onto his brakes.  But there was simply no time for our clientâ??s car to meaningfully slow down.  As a result of this high-speed impact, our client suffered scrapes and bruises over most of his body and his knee was fractured.  In truth, he was very lucky that he was not hurt worse.
