Client injured by uninsured, homeless, motorist

In a recent case, our client, and his wife, were severely injured by an uninsured, and homeless, driver. Our client's medical bills from his initial hospital stay were more than the limits to his uninsured motorist policy. This case came to our office after another attorney failed to pursue all avenues of recovery to our clients' expectations. During the course of this representation, our attorneys negotiated with our clients creditors to help their recovery from the financial burdens of the case as well as with the short term disability insurance company whose delay in paying caused additional stress and financial pressures on our client. This case required a creative approach to identify all parties responsible for the accident in order to secure a fair settlement for our clients.
