Substantial business loss averted

The attorneys at Lear Werts L.L.P. represented a company in a complex contract dispute. Our client had promised to provide all of the products another company required for a certain period of time in exchange for certain payments. The other side of this contract defaulted and decided to buy their products from another supplier. Our office filed suit in federal court and, through the use of the court's Early Assessment Mediation program, was able to rapidly, and inexpensively, secure a favorable settlement in a case that our client almost chose not to pursue due to its complexity.
